Royal Mail Special Delivery
Using the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail is Conditional.
We offer this service Monday to Thursday only, Order by Thursday to receive Saturday by 1pm Guaranteed if you select the Guaranteed Special Saturday Delivery at the checkout.
Guaranteed Delivery the next working day (Monday to Friday)
It is Royal Mail who offer and provide this Guaranteed Service, if for any reason beyond our control the order does not arrive on the day or when expected, we (on your behalf) can claim for the postage charge back from Royal Mail,
We CAN NOT claim the full amount of the order back from either Royal Mail
The package will arrive at some point, usually the day after but they will be delivered as some point.
These are personalised custom made items for you only and can not be returned or refunded once Printed.
All we can claim back (if the Special Delivery is late, eg the next day or after)
is the postage charge back from Royal Mail. Nothing else.
This postage refund does not include the packaging charges that we apply to the postage charged to you.
